Sex For a Song
We see a lot of weird shit at Booble. Our webmaster recently shot me a link to this little gem, which certainly falls into the weird category: Sexual Song. While it’s no “Ball Kicking” or “Farm Sex” site, the notion that people would want to download “music” that essentially sounds like a soundtrack to a porn movie (or, specifically, a soundtrack to sex scenes in a porn movie) to enhance sex strikes me as a bit odd. You mean not everyone listens to Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon for a little boot-knocking session with the squeeze?
As best as I can tell, this site targets women looking to enhance masturbation. But how many women really want to hear songs titled “Pelvic Rubbings,” or “Orgasmic Ocean?” The music sounds like euro-trash techno pop with a lot of heavy panting in the background (minus the cheesy-sounding ’70s disco guitar that crescendos for the money shot). A niche to be sure. But who knows, this could be the beginning of a “porn” category for iTunes — call it pTunes. A special-edition iPod for the porn lifestyle (pPod) preloaded with your favorite porn sounds would soon follow (complete with Jenna Jameson endorsements). At the very least, this will work nicely with the highly anticipated vPod as a way to dub in personalized soundtracks for your favorite porn movies (downloaded at “iVideo” of course).
